A student who is accepted into universities is required to be:
1.raqi nationality.
2.Possessor of an Iraqi preparatory school certificate (Islamic, scientific, literary, vocational) supported by certification from the General Directorate of Education or the Governorate, or an equivalent certificate.
3.Births and rate according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education according to the year of admission.
4.Successful in the medical examination according to special conditions.
5.Full-time study. It is not permissible to combine work and study (at the same time) in colleges and morning institutes. This includes employees of government institutions, and it is required for them to continue studying to obtain a study leave.
6. Among my graduates :-
A- The current academic year.
B- The previous academic year, those who are not centrally accepted through the admission channel are students who are graduates of the previous academic year according to the minimum limits for their year of graduation, provided that they do not enroll in any of the studies (evening, private, morning private government education, one of the colleges affiliated with the two endowments, institutes affiliated with other ministries) .
7. Students whose registrations in the morning study have been modified are not permitted to apply for the morning study at any public or private university. They are allowed to apply for the evening study.

Iraqi nationality.
Holder of a preparatory school certificate (Islamic, scientific, literary, vocational)
Preparatory school graduates for the current year are entitled to the same privileges as their peers applying for central admission.
4. Graduates of vocational preparatory schools in all its branches have the right to apply for evening studies according to the corresponding and related specializations.
Graduates of Islamic preparatory studies / the Ministry of Education and graduates of Islamic preparatory schools affiliated with the two endowments have the right to apply for evening studies exclusively in the College of Islamic Sciences.
. Students whose registrations in morning studies were upgraded have the right to apply for evening studies in colleges other than the colleges in which their registrations were upgraded, provided that the registration upgrade was not for reasons related to cheating or attempts at it, or they were disciplinary punished.
Students whose registrations in evening studies have been upgraded have the right to apply to study in other evening colleges, provided that they are not among those who have previously had their registrations upgraded in morning studies in the same college/institute.
A student who has completed the registration procedures in his central admission is not entitled to register in the evening study unless he submits a request to cancel his admission after registering.
