The Advanced Administrative Staff Discusses the College’s Internal System

On Tuesday, 20th August, 2024, an important meeting was held at the Dean’s building- Sabaa Abkar, chaired by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Salah Al-Din Al-Taha, attended by the heads of administrative departments. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss many administrative and technical issues. The Dean, at the beginning of his speech, welcomed the attendees, praising the work of the administrative departments in the past period, which spanned about a month since the previous meeting. He emphasized the need to exert more effort in service of this giving institution. Today’s meeting focused on the mechanism for completing the procedures of the college’s internal system, in order to approve it definitively, vote on it, and submit it to the relevant authorities. This will give the college scientific and administrative credibility. The attendees also reviewed the achievements of the administrative departments during this phase. The Dean urged them to work with the spirit of one team, and to work on overcoming obstacles, which will enhance the college’s ability to provide essential services to citizens and positively impact the quality of performance in the institution. Then, the Dean listened to the opinions and suggestions of the heads of administrative departments, which focused on the possibility of distributing employees in a way that serves the college and citizens, based on the actual needs of the administrative departments. This will result in the distribution of tasks and the determination of responsibilities according to an organized approach, enabling the management of employees and their productivity in an effective manner.
